Hi Veronica, just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for your great work with me to “fix” my hamstring and knee over the past couple months of my PT. As you are aware from our discussions, I’ve done plenty of physical therapy over the years given all my running injuries and knee surgeries, so I’ve experienced many firms and therapists. I wanted you to know how pleased and impressed I was with your work, your assessment and listening to my issues and objectives, including the homework you seemed to do between our early sessions to come up with ideas for my PT and ways I could bounce back quicker. In the past I’ve been so frustrated with PT sessions to have an ice or heat pack thrown on my knee or leg or hip and just sit there for 10 or 15 minutes to “start” my PT, and then barely getting the focus of the therapist who is juggling 2 or 3 clients. You were highly engaged from the start, and even when you had Roman leading my sessions you were keeping an eye on my form and progress!

Also thank you for printing off the exercises and setting up the videos for me last Thursday. I tested out the login info and was able to access, so thanks for that as well! That’s another example of how well you listened to me to help me work on all parts of my body to improve my core as well as my leg muscle groups!!

I ran four miles on Thursday evening after our morning PT and felt reasonably good, and ran six on Saturday and actually felt pretty good in the legs. After biking yesterday my knee has been a bit sore so I do need to balance the rest days, but I’m optimistic that I can continue to ramp up my training, and have some time til Boston so will try not to “overdo it”!

Thanks again for your thoughtful and engaged program to help me rehab

I have a common shoulder injury that I was getting PT for at another place, but after 8 visits I had no improvement, so I switched to Live Every Day. After my first visit with Katie, I already knew this was a much better match for me. Katie asked much more precise questions, and even asked about auxiliary things that may have been exacerbating my issue (such as my setup at work: keyboard height, where my phone/monitors sit, type of chair). She not only gave me exercises to do after that first visit, but she made suggestions for changes to make in my office and home to promote healing and discourage re-injury. She also was straightforward enough to say “I don’t think I need to see you twice a week”, where the other company had insisted on twice a week. By my second visit with Katie, I already felt a little bit stronger.

The office personnel are also very friendly and the other therapists, that I hear around me as I work with Katie, sound kind and respectful to their clients too.

Highly, highly, highly recommend. I’m so happy I found them!

I want to let you know that you have an outstanding employee. I worked with Briana twice once before my surgery and afterwards. When we worked before the surgery she took the time to understand what my true needs were and what I needed to do to move forward. Once I had the surgery which unfortunately I needed another surgery and finally sat down with her; she listened to how I was feeling not only physically but mentally! It’s been a long road but and I still have a lot to do on my own. She has given me the knowledge and positive thoughts to keep me going! It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend Briana to anyone that requires a physical therapist!

I admire Matt for how much trust each patient seemed to have in him because it shows just how much he has influenced each of their lives.

My feet that are being [taken] such good care of!

Just wanted to say that the brace you made for my patient is amazing and she has you to thank for her amazing new gait pattern! She is getting the hang of getting it on and is really happy with her new capacity. Thanks so much Matt and Live Every Day!

After 4 appointments I could sleep on my back or my side and walk and sit without pain. Pretty awesome if you ask me!

Here I am getting my life back.. One small mountain at a time.. Of course with the help of Matt, Anthony and all the wonderful staff at Live Everyday. Before them I couldn’t walk for more than 5-10 mins at a time.. but now with my walk aide I made a 3 1/2 mile hike up to the beautiful bash bish falls in Massachusetts. . It was so empowering… THANK YOU LIVE EVERYDAY!!! YOU’RE THE BEST!!

The facility was absolutely breathtaking.  Yes, it was an outpatient clinic, but it was so unique and form fitting for the staff that works there.

Thank you to everyone there! I finished ironman in 13:25. The foot felt great!
