No Name 3

Hi Veronica, just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for your great work with me to “fix” my hamstring and knee over the past couple months of my PT. As you are aware from our discussions, I’ve done plenty of physical therapy over the years given all my running injuries and knee surgeries, so I’ve experienced many firms and therapists. I wanted you to know how pleased and impressed I was with your work, your assessment and listening to my issues and objectives, including the homework you seemed to do between our early sessions to come up with ideas for my PT and ways I could bounce back quicker. In the past I’ve been so frustrated with PT sessions to have an ice or heat pack thrown on my knee or leg or hip and just sit there for 10 or 15 minutes to “start” my PT, and then barely getting the focus of the therapist who is juggling 2 or 3 clients. You were highly engaged from the start, and even when you had Roman leading my sessions you were keeping an eye on my form and progress!

Also thank you for printing off the exercises and setting up the videos for me last Thursday. I tested out the login info and was able to access, so thanks for that as well! That’s another example of how well you listened to me to help me work on all parts of my body to improve my core as well as my leg muscle groups!!

I ran four miles on Thursday evening after our morning PT and felt reasonably good, and ran six on Saturday and actually felt pretty good in the legs. After biking yesterday my knee has been a bit sore so I do need to balance the rest days, but I’m optimistic that I can continue to ramp up my training, and have some time til Boston so will try not to “overdo it”!

Thanks again for your thoughtful and engaged program to help me rehab
